1. Promoter
The promoter of the Little Dreams $250 Tester Reward Draw ("Promotion") is Mavbelick, ABN 97 551 721 959, operating Little Dreams in Victoria, Australia ("Promoter").
Contact: developer@littledreams.com.au
2. Promotion and Prize
The Little Dreams $250 Tester Reward Draw ("Promotion") is a planned free-entry promotional draw linked to a future, officially announced 15 consecutive-day closed-testing round of the Little Dreams Android application. Pre-registration is recruitment, not commencement of a prize-eligible testing round.
If the published activation conditions are met, there will be one $250 AUD cash prize and one randomly selected winner. The total prize pool is $250 AUD, not $250 for each round or participant. A new round does not create an additional prize.
3. Eligible States and Territories
Entry is open to eligible residents of:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Victoria
Residents of Western Australia and the Northern Territory are excluded from this Promotion.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, a person must:
- be 18 years of age or older;
- ordinarily reside in one of the eligible Australian States or Territories listed in clause 3;
- be a parent or legal guardian of a child under 2 years of age at the commencement of the Testing Period;
- be authorised to provide information relating to that child to Little Dreams;
- have access to a compatible Android device;
- have a Google account capable of accessing Google Play;
- register for the Little Dreams closed testing program using the Google email address associated with their Google Play account;
- successfully join the Little Dreams Google Play closed testing program;
- install Little Dreams before the Testing Period commences; and
- satisfy all testing requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees, contractors and people directly involved in conducting the Promotion or determining the winner, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
5. Registration and Scheduling
Registration is open now. Mavbelick is collecting expressions of interest from eligible parents and guardians for the scheduled 1–15 November 2026 testing period. Registration closes on 30 October 2026. The Promoter intends to recruit more than 12 people to allow for withdrawals and incomplete participation, but no fixed number of registrations alone guarantees that the draw will proceed.
Registration status: OPEN UNTIL 30 OCTOBER 2026.
Registration cut-off for the scheduled round: 30 October 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT (Melbourne time).
The official testing period is 1–15 November 2026. Final sleep records and eligibility evidence must be submitted by 5:00 pm AEDT on 17 November 2026. The random draw is scheduled for 18 November 2026 at 3:30 pm AEDT, conducted electronically online from Victoria, Australia. The winner will be announced on 18 November 2026 at littledreams.com.au/tester-draw/. Registered participants will receive these details by email.
To participate in a scheduled round, a person must register using their Google Play account email, be accepted into the Little Dreams Google Play closed test, remain opted in, and install the application before the announced testing start. A person who registered early must still meet the published round-specific deadlines.
Registering, installing the app or volunteering before the round begins does not create an entry into the cash draw. Only validated completion of an officially scheduled round can create an eligible entry under clauses 6A and 13.
6. Official 15-Day Testing Period
A prize-eligible testing round will only start on its officially announced date and time. Each round requires 15 consecutive testing days. These are consecutive Australian Eastern calendar days at the Victorian local time applicable during that period, starting at 12:00 am on Day 1 and ending at 11:59:59 pm on Day 15, unless the published schedule expressly specifies a different 15-day period. Clause 9 permits completion of a final overnight sleep record after Day 15.
Official testing start: 1 November 2026, 12:00 am AEDT.
Official testing end: 15 November 2026, 11:59:59 pm AEDT.
Qualification and final-night-record verification deadline: 17 November 2026, 5:00 pm AEDT
All confirmed dates and times, including the draw schedule, will be published here and emailed to registered participants before the round begins. Australian Eastern time in Victoria applies. Dates may not be retrospectively declared after testing has begun.
6A. Minimum 12 Valid Testers and Further Rounds
A valid tester is one eligible individual who satisfies clause 4, participates in the officially scheduled round, completes its 15 consecutive days under clauses 6 to 11, and passes the verification described in clause 14. Each person counts only once, irrespective of the number of devices, accounts or children. Registrants, no-shows and partial testers do not count towards 12. The genuine-no-nap, final-night and technical-problem protections in clauses 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply.
Google Play has a separate requirement for applicable personal developer accounts: at least 12 testers continuously opted in for at least 14 days. This platform requirement is separate from the Promotion's 15-day sleep-recording rule and is not an additional condition of the cash prize draw.
Final draw-qualification assessment deadline: 17 November 2026, 5:00 pm AEDT
If only 0 to 11 valid testers complete the round, no winner will be drawn and the $250 will not be awarded for that round, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Promoter will publish the outcome and notify affected participants.
If the minimum of 12 verified eligible finishers has not been met, Mavbelick may, where permitted by law, schedule another separately announced 15 consecutive-day testing round with the same eligibility, sleep-recording and 12-valid-tester conditions. The same single $250 prize may be carried forward; it does not increase or duplicate. A new round will have its own published registration cut-off, testing dates, assessment deadline and proposed draw date.
Previous participants may join a later round but must complete that round's full 15 days to count towards its 12-person minimum. Days and valid testers from different rounds cannot be combined to meet the minimum for a particular round. Eligible participants will be informed of any new dates; participation is voluntary.
The final qualification resolution deadline for the advertised round is 17 November 2026, 5:00 pm AEDT. Postponements, non-award of a prize, new rounds and changes to published draw dates remain subject to applicable legislation, required participant notices and any regulatory approval. In particular, the period permitted for a South Australian trade promotion must not exceed its statutory limit. This clause does not override rights or prize-award duties that apply by law.
7. What “15 Consecutive Days of Testing” Means
For the purposes of this Promotion, completing 15 consecutive days of testing means actively using Little Dreams to track the real sleep of an eligible child under 2 years of age throughout the entire 15-day Testing Period.
A participant must use an eligible child profile in Little Dreams and use the application to record that child's actual sleep throughout the testing period.
For each of the 15 consecutive testing days, the participant must, where applicable:
- record the child's daytime naps and daytime sleeps that actually occur;
- record the child's overnight or night sleep;
- record relevant sleep start times and wake or end times through Little Dreams;
- use Little Dreams throughout both the day and night as the child's sleep-tracking application; and
- remain enrolled in the Little Dreams Google Play closed testing program.
Merely opening the Little Dreams application, logging in, viewing screens or making occasional entries does not, by itself, constitute completion of the testing requirement.
The purpose of the testing requirement is for Little Dreams to be used with the child's genuine sleep pattern across the complete 15-day period, including both daytime and overnight sleep.
8. Days Where No Daytime Nap Occurs
A participant is not required to create or fabricate a sleep record where the child does not actually sleep.
If the child genuinely does not have a daytime nap on a particular testing day, the absence of a daytime sleep record will not by itself make the participant ineligible.
The participant must continue to use Little Dreams normally and record the child's other applicable sleep information, including overnight sleep.
Eligibility is based on genuine use of Little Dreams to reflect the child's actual sleep, rather than achieving a particular number of sleep records.
9. Overnight Sleep Crossing Into the Following Day
An overnight sleep may begin on one testing day and end on the following calendar day.
This is considered part of normal testing and does not break the consecutive testing requirement.
Where the child's overnight sleep begins during the final, fifteenth testing day but ends after the official end of the Testing Period, the participant may complete the applicable wake or end record after the child wakes.
The final overnight sleep must have commenced during the fifteenth testing day and must be recorded and completed in Little Dreams as soon as reasonably practicable after the child wakes, and no later than the announced verification deadline, subject to the genuine technical-problem allowance in clause 11.
10. Requirement to Complete All 15 Days
Participants must satisfy the testing requirements for the full 15 consecutive days.
A participant may be ineligible where they:
- withdraw from the Google Play closed test before completing the Testing Period;
- uninstall Little Dreams and cease testing during the Testing Period;
- commence testing after the official Testing Period has already begun;
- fail to use Little Dreams for one or more testing days without a reasonable explanation;
- fail to record applicable daytime and overnight sleep for their child; or
- otherwise do not complete the testing requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter will assess eligibility reasonably and on the available testing records.
11. Genuine Technical Problems
A participant will not automatically be disqualified because of a genuine technical problem outside their reasonable control.
This may include a Little Dreams application error, Google Play problem, service outage or device-related problem that temporarily prevents normal testing or sleep recording.
Participants experiencing a technical problem are encouraged to report it as soon as reasonably practicable through the Little Dreams bug-reporting feature or by emailing developer@littledreams.com.au.
The Promoter may take the nature, duration and available evidence of the technical problem into account when determining whether the participant has satisfied the testing requirements.
This provision is intended to prevent a genuine technical failure from unfairly disqualifying an otherwise active tester.
12. Bug Reports and Feedback
Participants are encouraged to report bugs, problems, unexpected behaviour and other feedback experienced while testing Little Dreams.
Finding or reporting a bug is not required to qualify for the prize draw.
The number, type or severity of bugs reported will not increase or decrease a participant's chance of winning. No Google Play public review, star rating, positive feedback or recommendation is required or rewarded. Testers may provide candid, negative or positive feedback without affecting eligibility.
Where at least 12 valid testers complete the same officially announced round, those who satisfy the eligibility and testing requirements receive one equal entry in the random draw.
13. How to Qualify for the Prize Draw
Participants do not need a separate competition-entry form after completing the testing period. Pre-registration does not confer an entry. If the activation condition in clause 6A is met, the Promoter will give one entry to each individual verified as having:
- met the eligibility requirements in clause 4;
- registered and joined the scheduled Google Play closed test;
- completed all 15 consecutive testing days in the same round;
- remained continuously opted in as required; and
- recorded applicable genuine daytime and overnight sleep.
One entry per verified eligible person, not per child, account or sleep record. If fewer than 12 valid testers complete the round, no draw entry becomes eligible for that round, subject to applicable law. Entries are not pooled across rounds. No fee, purchase or paid subscription is required.
14. Verification of Testing
The Promoter may use reasonable records available to it to determine whether a participant has satisfied the testing requirements.
This may include records showing:
- tester registration;
- Google Play testing participation;
- Little Dreams account activity;
- use of Little Dreams during the Testing Period;
- recorded daytime sleep;
- recorded overnight sleep;
- sleep and wake records;
- testing duration; and
- reported technical problems.
The Promoter will not require a participant to fabricate sleep activity where the child did not actually sleep.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry where there is reasonable evidence of falsified sleep information, deliberately fabricated testing activity, duplicate entries, automated participation, deliberate manipulation or other fraudulent conduct.
15. Prize
There is one prize available.
Prize: $250 AUD cash
Number of prizes: 1
Total prize pool: $250 AUD
The prize will be paid by electronic bank transfer or another electronic payment method agreed between the winner and the Promoter.
The winner will not be required to pay any fee to receive the prize.
The prize is not conditional upon purchasing or subscribing to Little Dreams.
16. Random Draw
If and only if the activation requirement in clause 6A is met, subject to applicable law, one winner of $250 AUD will be selected from the verified eligible entries of the same round using an electronic random-number generator. Each eligible individual will have one entry and an equal chance of selection. The selection result will be recorded and retained.
The draw schedule and online method are published on this page and will be emailed to registered testers before the official testing round starts. The tester-qualification assessment deadline is 17 November 2026 at 5:00 pm AEDT. If an announced draw cannot proceed because an activation condition is unmet, any change to the draw or additional round remains subject to applicable law.
Draw date: 18 November 2026.
Draw time (Victorian local time): 3:30 pm AEDT.
Draw venue and method: Online electronic random draw, operated in Victoria, Australia. The draw is conducted electronically; attendance by participants is not required. The result is published at https://littledreams.com.au/tester-draw/.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
17. Winner Notification
The selected winner will initially be treated as the provisional winner while their eligibility is confirmed.
The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address supplied when registering for the Little Dreams testing program.
The Promoter will notify the provisional winner in writing within 2 business days of the draw.
The provisional winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify their identity, age, State or Territory of residence and eligibility.
Once eligibility has been confirmed, the participant will be declared the official winner.
18. Publication of Winner
The result of the draw will be published at:
https://littledreams.com.au/tester-draw/
Winner-publication date: 18 November 2026.
The result will remain published for at least 7 days.
The published result may identify the winner using their first initial, surname and State or Territory, or another identifier permitted by applicable law.
No information relating to the winner's child will be published.
19. Payment of Prize
The Promoter intends to pay the $250 prize within 7 business days after the winner's eligibility has been confirmed and the information required to make payment has been provided.
In all circumstances, payment will be made within any applicable statutory period.
20. Unclaimed Prize
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected winner.
If the winner:
- cannot reasonably be contacted;
- does not respond within 28 days of the initial notification;
- declines the prize; or
- is subsequently determined to be ineligible,
the Promoter may, where permitted by applicable law, conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Provisional redraw date (only if an unclaimed-prize redraw is lawful and necessary): 18 December 2026
Provisional redraw time (Victorian local time): 3:30 pm AEDT
Redraw location: Victoria, Australia — electronic random draw
The replacement winner will be selected and notified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
21. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by the Promoter to:
- administer the Little Dreams closed testing program;
- operate the Promotion;
- verify tester participation and eligibility;
- conduct the random draw;
- contact and verify the winner;
- provide the prize; and
- comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Sleep information relating to a participant's child may be used to verify that the participant completed the testing requirements, using only information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Raw sleep records will not be published as part of the Promotion. Participation in the prize draw does not grant permission to use identifiable child or caregiver data for unrelated marketing.
Information relating to a participant's child will not be publicly disclosed as part of announcing the winner.
Personal information collected through Little Dreams will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Little Dreams Privacy Policy.
22. Google Disclaimer
This Promotion is conducted independently by Mavbelick and Little Dreams.
Participants provide Promotion-related information to Mavbelick / Little Dreams and not to Google.
23. Technical or Operational Disruption
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control significantly interfere with the Testing Period or Promotion, including a major Little Dreams outage or Google Play service failure, the Promoter may take reasonable action necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.
Any material change affecting participants will be communicated to affected testers and published on the Little Dreams website where appropriate. While registration remains open and no official testing period has been scheduled, the Promoter may continue recruiting without starting a prize-eligible round. After the round commences, failing to reach 12 valid testers does not automatically authorise a change to an advertised draw date. Clause 6A and applicable law govern any postponement, cancellation or further round.
The Promoter will not alter the Promotion in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants who have already complied with the published requirements.
24. Promotion Records
The Promoter may retain reasonable records relating to the conduct of the Promotion, including eligible entries, verification records, draw records, winner correspondence and evidence of prize payment.
Records required for the administration, entry accounting, draw, prize award and financial accounting of the Promotion will be retained for at least 3 years after the Promotion is finalised, as required for Victorian trade promotion lotteries. This does not itself require retaining raw child sleep history for three years; personal information will be minimised and handled under applicable privacy obligations.
25. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian legislation.
26. Acceptance of Terms
By pre-registering, a person acknowledges that the official 15-day testing round and conditional prize draw have not yet begun. To participate in the Promotion, the person must accept the round-specific schedule and meet the published entry requirements.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the confirmed dates published before a testing round starts, will govern that round. A material amendment after commencement remains subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
